Sports massage differs from other forms of massage in that it is designed to help you improve muscle imbalances, can ease pain and aid recovery. You don't need to be a sports person to benefit from sports massage.
Sports massage is more target specific depending on your muscle imbalances/tightness or injuries. Working alongside rehabilitation can massively help you to progress faster and more efficiently.
It does not need to be painful to work! I work with you, looking and feeling for response from you and your body to gauge how best to work to your benefit.
This service can be carried out in my workspace or in your own home as long as we have space to put my mobile couch up...wherever you feel most comfortable. Again, I have been lucky enough to work with at wide range of people from sports persons of all ages, older adults with injuries and adults with neurological disabilities.
A typical session would last 60 minutes.
