Let's get one thing straight...you do not have to be 'fit' to see a personal trainer! It's a classic line we all hear! The sooner you start your sessions, the quicker results you will see, building better strength, agility, balance, co-ordination...the list goes on! I will help you learn and understand your body, help you to move more efficiently, in better posture and with more confidence. Put those barriers down, we don't all want to be a body builder or a marathon runner but we might love to be a better version of ourselves....so here's where the journey starts!
The first thing I learnt in fitness was....Keep it simple! So, all I need is you (in some comfortable clothes, we don't all like to be clad in lycra from top to toe!), me and space to move about in, that could be in your own home or garden, a park, the beach, in my space at home...it's where you feel comfortable.
I use a variety of portable equipment for what we call functional exercises...so to keep us functioning in everyday life, optimising our true potential.
I'll help to push you, within reason, to reach those goals in a set, realistic time frame discussed by us in our first meeting and consultation.
